Lash Appointments
Read Lash Appointment Policy before booking.
Here at QueenTeirra LLC, we strive to provide our clients with high-quality lash extension services in a safe and comfortable environment. To ensure that we can provide the best experience for everyone, we have established the following policy for our lash extension services:
All appointments must be booked through the booking site. There is NO DEPOSIT to book. A card is required to book your appointment, this is used to hold your appointment, and will only be charged for No-Show fees or Cancelations within 24 hours of your appointment.
Please arrive at your appointment with clean lashes, no make-up, etc. Please be able to lay still for about 2 hours. Phone use can affect the outcome of your lashes, and talking can affect the outcome of your lashes because talking tends to make the eyes move.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a $50 fee. The $50 fee must be paid before booking another appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Late Arrivals: We recommend arriving 5 minutes early for your appointment. We do offer a 10-minute grace period, at 15 minutes there is a $20 late fee. Anytime after that, your service MAY need to be canceled and you will have to pay a $50 cancellation fee before rebooking. Please contact your lash technician before your scheduled appointment if you are running late.
Payment and Refunds: Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, ApplePay, Zelle, and (Credit or Debit cards with a 6$ fee). WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS for services rendered.
No-shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointments without providing notice will be considered "no-shows." You will be charged the Full Price of your appointment in order to rebook. Or there will be a refusal of service.
No extra guests or children are allowed at your appointment.
After-hour appointments: appointments made outside of normal business hours are charged a $50 fee.
Mobile services: If you are interested in my mobile services please send me a message. There is a $250 fee for mobile services.
Fill Appointments: Maintenance is required to maintain healthy lashes and great retention. We offer fills up to 5 weeks with at least 50% lash extensions. Any day after the 5 weeks will be considered a full set. NO EXCEPTIONS! It is considered a full set if you have less than 50% lash extensions. Each fill is priced differently, you will be charged for the fill-time you are in NO EXCEPTIONS!
Pictures and videos may be taken during your service and used for promotion.
Lash extensions in rare cases may cause red eyes, itchy eyes, and other eye discomforts. DO NOT BOOK appointments if you have allergies to adhesives, glues, tapes, or other eye sensitivities.
WE OFFER LATEX FREE SERVICES! (please inform the lash technician before services.)
Must be 18+ to book appointments, if you are under 18 you must have consent from parents or guardians.
